Why does responsible gaming matter?
Online gaming can be a great source of entertainment — as long as it stays within healthy limits. Millions of fabajee members enjoy gaming every day as a form of leisure. For some people, though, gaming can become a problem. This is a real concern, and fabajee takes it very seriously.
fabajeefabajee's responsible gaming policy isn't just on paper — it shows up in everything we do every day. Every member's account comes with a full set of protection tools, free of charge. From deposit limits to self-exclusion, everything is right at your fingertips.
When does gaming become a problem?
Most people never run into problems. But gaming becomes dangerous when it stops being fun and starts affecting other parts of your life. More often than not, that shift happens gradually — not all at once.
Chasing losses with more bets, hiding your gaming from family or friends, or prioritising gaming over work and studies — these are early warning signs. The sooner you recognise them, the easier it is to get help.
fabajee's position is clear: Gaming is for entertainment — not a source of income. Money you lose isn't guaranteed to come back, and keeping that in mind is what responsible gaming is all about.
How do I set limits on fabajee?
Log in to your account. Click your name in the top right corner and go to "Responsible Gaming". You'll find a dashboard where all the tools are available in one place.
- Deposit Limit: Daily, weekly, and monthly limits can each be set independently. Enter your amount and confirm — it takes effect immediately.
- Loss Limit: Set a cap on how much you're willing to lose within a given period.
- Reality Check: Set reminders every 30 minutes, 1 hour, or 2 hours.
- Cooling-Off: Choose your preferred duration — takes effect as soon as you confirm.
- Self-Exclusion: Choose a duration and let support know — they'll process it promptly.
Keep in mind — you can lower your limit at any time and it takes effect straight away. Increasing your limit, however, requires a 72-hour waiting period. This is intentional, designed to prevent impulsive or emotionally driven overbetting.
For Family & Loved Ones
Sometimes the people around us notice a problem before we do. If you believe a friend or family member is struggling with their gaming, talk to them directly — with empathy, not anger or blame.
Family members can also contact the fabajee support team — there is an option to request self-exclusion on someone else's behalf, particularly if the person concerned is unable to make the request themselves.
To contact the fabajee Responsible Gaming team support@fabajee.asiaEmail us or use Live Chat. Write "Responsible Gaming" in the subject line and a dedicated team will take it from there.
